With the first glimpse of sunshine, 24 members took part in our first monthly social tournament of the new season. The competition was between two teams, captained by Wendy Franklin and Sue Gutierrez. After four matches of friendly competition, including a round of Pickle Ball Tennis, the team scores were amazingly tied at 85 games each. All players then retired to the clubhouse for a glass of prosecco to toast the start of the new season. Social club sessions are on offer to all members five times a week.
