With ground works complete, and installation starting next week, our second padel court should be open to members from Sunday 31st May. We will then be hosting more Club competitions and padel social events, plus we are running a pilot weekly padel coaching on Tuesday evenings. And Club members can book the courts from just £10 an hour (£2.50 per player), compared to the £40 to £60 charged by commercial padel court operators. Ground works started on the padel courts in mid-April following the approval by both Wokingham Borough Council and Wargrave Parish Council. In March, 97% of members voted for the second padel court, and 85% voted for the outline plans at our AGM last November, which included proposals for a larger clubhouse which have also been approved by the council. Clubhouse Extension
